LOCATION:

This land sits more or less within the boundaries of Los Muñoces and is approximately 300m from the RM2 autovía and is a 16 minutes drive to Corvera airport (Murcia International airport), 15 minutes to Fuente Alamo, 30 minutes to the beach at Puerto de Mazarron and 30 minutes to the city of Cartagena.

DESCRIPTION:

  • There are 4 plots in all, 3 together and 1 separated by 200 meters. In all they total 17,969 m2. The largest being 6,193m2.
  • The land is laid to 380 olives, 180 which are 35+ years old, 135 6 years old and 65 5 years old. These are Picual, Aberquina and Blanqueta.
  • The largest annual harvest taken was 7,500kg of olives producing 1,200 ltrs of oil. The younger trees have yet to enter full production so the possible yield could double in the next say three years. There is also 25 Algarroba, producing 1000kg pa.
  • Included in the sale is a tractor, implements, tools etc. 
  • There is a working well on the land producing around 4-5 m3 of sweet water a week and a 20,000 ltr tank with 2 pumps and associated irrigation system.
  • The three plots closest to the road are fenced with a locked access gate. The 4th is open with the trees protected from rabbit intrusion.
